EXECUTIVE
CAREER COACHING

I work with Leaders to build sustainable strategies as they continue to progress and succeed in their career. I particularly enjoy working with Leaders who are in moments of transition or would like to design an intentional and meaningful career strategy.

What We Focus On.

As we progress through our careers, there are often “moments of transition” which can be impactful to our practice. Maybe you’re transitioning between roles. Maybe you want to prepare a strong offboarding plan to set your team and successor up for success . Maybe you need to design a stronger professional network to get aligned for your next move. These are all meaningful moments in your career.

Coaching provides a personalized opportunity and space to establish clear goals, gain a new perspective, and obtain deeper learning. Unlike consulting, coaching does not provide you with direction or tell you what to do. Rather, it is a thought-provoking and creative process for open dialogue to help clients maximize their professional and personal potential.

CAREER COACHING

For Leaders who want to focus on mastering the hidden job market, understand their market value, and develop an intentional career plan.

EXECUTIVE RELATIONSHIPS

For Leaders who want to strengthen their professional relationships, build their Power Base, gain stakeholder engagement, and develop 360-degree leadership skills.

EXECUTIVE TRANSITION

For Executives or Leaders who are preparing for a transition - new role, new responsibilities, new team - and want a clear plan to succeed.

ProfileXT Select

I am certified in delivering and using ProfileXT Select, a multi-dimensional assessment program that evaluates a Leader's behavioral traits, cognitive abilities, and interests. We can use these reports to evaluate an individual's environment fit, team dynamics, managerial fit, leadership capabilities, coaching and development opportunities, and succession planning.

360 Degree Verbal

This is a great way for a Leader to learn the impact he or she is having on others in a real-time manner. We identify 10-15 individuals (up, down, and across the organization) to participate in a private and confidential dialogue with me. From these discussions, I can identify leadership trends that we can discuss and work on together.

ASSESSMENT TOOLS

How We Do It.

Since each client is unique and has individual requirements, each engagement will have a customized approach, frequency, and duration. However, we can still follow a similar coaching process for all situations to accomplish the goals.
