Hi, I'm An McLeod.

With over 20 years of experience leading Executive and Leadership level searches, I understand the complexities and strategies that are involved in making critical hires. But it’s not just about the search and hiring process. An effective talent plan includes the transitional process, leadership onboarding and offboarding, as well as succession planning. I lead and coach organizations and Leaders on all aspects of this process. Specifically, I provide support with Executive Searches, Talent Market Research, External Succession Planning, Executive and Career Transitions, and Executive Coaching.

I approach each assignment with intention. Each organization and leader is unique and, therefore, requires a customized approach. I spend time getting to know each client’s business, culture, structure, goals, and challenges in order to develop a targeted strategy that results in high and long-term impact.

As a certified Executive Coach, I bridge the search experience with effective career planning and work with leaders to ensure a successful transition into new and expanded roles.

Also, as a female and minority business owner, I have a strong passion in pulling together diverse leadership teams that have greater depth and breadth of experience and perspective. Having a diverse leadership team increases the ability to relate to employees, customers, and prospective clients as well as increase your awareness of the landscape you need to navigate to succeed.

My sweet spot is with the mid-sized businesses that are in high-growth mode and have the desire for agile talent solutions. It's normally within this space that allows for creative talent strategies that are really exciting to design and implement.
