Interview Prep Coaching Plan
This is a sample of a coaching plan for leaders who are in the midst of a job search and would like support as they assess the opportunities. These engagements are likely to move more quickly and lasts approximately 2 months.

STRATEGIC SELF- AWARENESS
Session 1
We start with self-reflection and gather any assessment results or feedback.
Take an inventory on accomplishments, experiences, and skills. Gain an understanding of professional value.
2.
CAREER PLANNING
Session 2
We create a career plan that includes long-term goals and the steps required in order to get there.
Determine what roles and opportunities will help develop the skills that may be missing.
3.
ASSESS OPPORTUNITIES
Session 3 and 4
Assess each opportunity against the requirements set in career planning stage and determine potential match.
Determine what details need to be uncovered about the organization and situation to gain a deeper knowledge of the situation. This is critical as you gauge the potential landmines and upsides of each opportunity.
4.
DECISION MAKING
Session 5 and 6
Continue to suss out the details of each opportunity throughout the interviewing process. This includes evaluating each stakeholder's perspective, gaining alignment on expectations, and understanding the business plan and strategy.
Negotiate offer and transition details to ensure a smooth transition.
5.
TRANSITION PLANNING

Increase the likelihood to succeed in a new role with strategic transition planning.
